This hotel is conveniently located in the city and within walking distance to coffee, great restaurants, and a convenience store. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly, and parking was available. We are glad to have chosen this place to stay for our weekend in Houston.

This is the cleanest room I've been in. The rooms are not new but they have everything you need, they are comfortable and they are spotless, which is refreshing - compared to bigger hotel brand names and more costly rooms. Nicest people, too. Thank you!
Great place to stay. The family that runs it is super nice and accommodating. Bed was comfy, room was clean. It's a motel so you get what you are paying for (could use some upgrades) but I would definitely stay here again. For price paid and one night stay, convenient, safe and quiet location.
Very quiet location. Friendly staff, clean rooms and the grounds are spotless! These people work hard to keep it all clean. I stay here for work all the time. Have never had any issues. No frills, but if you just need a safe and comfortable room, this is it! Location is great - right next to Memorial Park.
Rooms were in great shape. Manager was polite and welcoming. Door had a bit of a gap on the bottom during one of the closest weeks but heater worked great.
I'm guessing they shut the air off in the rooms after each guest. Texas is way too hot, especially in August, for that. It takes too long to cool the room down when it's 99 outside. Other than that, no complaints. Clean, nice staff, and quiet location.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient and quiet. Overall, a very pleasant and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!
